78. Agneepath

“Ye Mahan Drushya hain,
Chal raha Manushya hain,
Ashru, Sweth, Rakta se Latpat Latpat Latpat..
Agnipath, Agnipath, Agnipath”

~HRB

I played for some time with water and then I thought of making it look like blood. I have edited it a lot. What do you think about this kind of experiments with photography? Flickr for better view

Another one based on the same idea as Aftermath. Flickr link for better resolution

76. Aftermath

How do you see photography? The proof of reality or a piece of art. With the advent of photoshop and developments in digtal technologies this question has become very prominent. Other than showing the reality photography can also be used to create something from scratch just like Painting. The advantage here is that you can photograph the subject directly, so it appears more closer to real life figures and situations. I don’t have any particular favor for any of the forms and I believe that the importance of anything depends purely on situation and what is needed. Here is a photograph based on the ‘idea of creating art’. Go to Flickr for a  better resolution

“I can find God in nature, in animals, in birds and the environment”

~Pat Buckley

Wow! It was an awesome weather in the evening. I like it when a cool breeze runs through my hairs :). You just close your eyes and feel the thrust of wind against your body. And the clouds looked so amazing. I don’t have any words for it. Hope, I have captured it all in the photograph. Go to Flickr for a much better and sharp view of birds 🙂

Valedictory function (Valfi) at IITB

It is that time when all the 4th year students are molested in front of everyone. It starts with reading of a profile which is as more fictional than real. Most of the time it includes girlfriends and sex-life as they are the most interesting topics in an institute known for academics. After asking the very personal questions in the ‘Q&A’, the ‘senti’ comes which revolves around the memories during the 4 years in IIT .

74. The End

” The Light at the end of the tunnel”, “The end of a long black story when you finally see light” I was thinking of some caption on these lines but couldn’t think of any so finally I decided on- The End. I don’t know from where I got inspired from but this image suddenly popped into my eyes last night. I sketched it to see exactly what I need and then created a small set in my room to make this photograph. Go to Flickr for a much better resolution

73. Earth-song

It was a long night. It was the farewell party of my  hostel. In the morning I just got excited to make this photograph. In this one I have used the levitation technique I mentioned in previous post. I have a loads of ideas on using this for making some awesome photographs. Go to flickr for a better resolution and press ‘L’ to see in black background there.
