Taken through the space between bricks which gave such a natural vignetting. This was taken at the Junior college I teach in Mulund. She is one of the helpers and it was around 5 PM. She might be waiting for to go home or maybe lost in some other thoughts.

Taken at Powai, Mumbai. The housing problem is common in all the big cities of world. Here is an example for Mumbai. I have realized that photography is improving my way of seeing things. There is a difference in seeing in a frame. You just see what is inside and that shows what inspires you the most.
Taken during a photo-walk on the streets of Mumbai. This home was just on the road. While the structure of the home suggests the problem of getting a place to live, the woman depicts a lonely housewife. By coincidence the color of the saree matches the color of walls and makes the photograph more interesting.
I am in love with this photograph. Everything from shooting to editing went so perfectly. I am very intrigued by feminity. Everything from how they touch their hair to how they sit appears fascinating. I have also done a previous photograph on the same. I might be doing some project like this soon. My cousin brother was very enthusiastic and with rural background, this photograph presents a very delicate balance of rural life.

I used window light to get a nice silhouette. It appears like a graphic design to me .
I am practicing sketching to better understand the human figures. This is a part of the study of female anatomy.
